In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

References to statutes or regulations include any amendment or re-enactment thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the baaji888 Platform in any capacity — including merely browsing its pages without creating an account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, including misrepresenting your identity, age, address, or the source of your funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately and the disputed amount will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the period specified in a verification request.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or cooperation with illegal organisations.
• At baaji888's sole discretion, where it determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — whether as part of a responsible gaming decision or for any other reason — may do so by contacting support at support@baaji888. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours and return any remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, baaji888 offers voluntary self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent.
